6-week Emotion-Focused Family Therapy Caregiver Workshop. *FULL - please contact for waitlist*

This six-week Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) virtual workshop offers a supportive and practical learning space for parents and caregivers of loved ones struggling with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use, eating disorders, and more - regardless of their age. Caregivers will learn how to play a powerful role in their loved one’s healing and recovery while also feeling more supported in the process.

Through education, video demonstrations, and guided skills practice, participants will develop practical strategies for managing symptoms, providing effective emotional support, and therapeutic apologies. Caregivers will also receive support in identifying and working through common caregiver blocks - the understandable fears, doubts, and emotional barriers that can arise in this challenging journey. The skills taught throughout the six sessions are designed to be helpful regardless of the loved one’s age or their current motivation for change.

This virtual workshop is open to anyone supporting a loved one, whether or not they are currently involved in active treatment with their loved one.
